Impact: For me as an F1 fan this massively impacts me, but non-fans it doesn't really, but it is still big sporting news 2
Human Interest: He is a big name in F1 and motorsports but people who don't follow the sport won't know him most likely 2
Novelty: This is big news, it hasn't been confirmed but there are strong rumours 3
Legs: The whole thing will be followed, whether it is true or not, but it most likely is true, and then there will be interest in which team he goes to and if he can escape the Red Bull clause that could stop him working for another team until 2027. The affect of this on Red Bull will be closely watched and it may spark more shock singings (silly season) 3

Impact: It only has an impact if you had tickets to the scheduled events there, or would be impacted by the opening of the venue 1
Human Interest: It is about a stadium 1
Novelty: These things happen often and it isn't a bad thing, it is just a stadium not opening 2
